This is a self-help support group and not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. In this group we will share our personal experiences, and group participation is an important part of success. You should continue any current medication or treatment until advised otherwise by your healthcare provider. This group is an educational group and self-help support group, not group therapy. There will be no refunds once our first session takes place. The Zoom recordings will only be available to registered attendees, but be aware, sessions are recorded.
