I weave close-up magic, small stage magic, and mentalism through stories crafted with psychological truths and philosophical mysteries. My background as a psychotherapist and clinical hypnotist gives me access to something most performers never touch: the invisible architecture of human consciousness itself.
Small groups, private parties, corporate events, stages, and audiences of all sizes. I am a strolling magician and mentalist in Las Vegas, and a stage show magician who can adapt to any size group from 2 to 2000!
How long is the show? I can do strolling magic for the duration of your event, with shows ranging from 30-75 minutes. I can adapt my performances around your needs, availability, and time, and work in conjunction with other events, performers, and themes.
One important thing to note: I am the entertainer to hire if you wish to have a good time and do not wish to court controversy. My four promises:

My path began in 1981 as the first student of Eugene Burger—the renowned magical philosopher who taught that magic isn't about fooling people, but about creating experiences that touch something deeper than deception can reach.
That apprenticeship taught me that a playing card isn't cardboard and ink—it's a vessel for meaning we pour together.
As a practicing psychotherapist and clinical hypnotist with doctorates in psychology and leadership (cross-cultural engagement), I understand the mechanics of attention, suggestion, and the strange truth that we're all unreliable witnesses to our own experience. I know how to read the room's collective unconscious, build rapport that feels like recognition rather than introduction, and craft moments where wonder and dread dance together.
My professional writing and published books span the field of psychotherapy, but my soul's work has taken me to stages throughout Las Vegas—the Riviera Hotel and Casino, The Orleans Showroom, the Aladdin—venues where legends performed, and audiences came expecting the impossible. Each performance I create draws on four decades of studying both the psychological and the impossible, where science and mystery share the same address.
Max Maven once said that mentalism is "the art of thinking creatively with another person's mind." Eugene Burger taught that magic creates "a moment of astonishment in the theater of the mind." Alan Watts reminded us that "the menu is not the meal."
