Unique Convention Format
On our first day, our featured speakers and keynote speaker will be participating all together in the main conference room. On the second and third day of this event, speakers will be in three different rooms, and you can pick the topics and breakout sessions most relevant to your work. All sessions are video recorded, so you actually never miss anything! Only pre-registered participants will get access to the video recordings. There is no extra fee for this if you register early!

Schedule
The Day One event on Thursday, February 10 will run from 8:30am-5:00pm with on-site registration at starting at 7:45am. Both days of the main conference on Friday and Saturday, February 11 & 12 , 2022 will run from 8:00am-6:00pm with an hour break for lunch. Lunch and other meals are NOT included in your registration and are not provided.
Speakers
We reserve the right to change any and all speakers up to the very last minute of this event. Due to occasional personal issues, weather-related issues, illness and other factors no specific speaker is guaranteed to present. If any speaker is cancelled, the time slot will be replaced with another qualified speaker, who may address the same topic or a completely different topic or the time slot may be cancelled and unavailable, at our discretion.

Continuing Education
Participants will earn up to 8 CE hours per day of participation. CE certificates for professional hypnotists will be issued by H.P.T.I. and the I.C.B.C.H.
Location
The Rosen Plaza on International Drive is at the heart of Orlando, Florida. It is conveniently located at 9700 International Drive in one of the most popular and on-demand locations in the city. There are tons of attractions, restaurants, and entertainment directly across the street or within walking distance. Major attractions like the Disney World Resort and Universal Studios are a short drive away.
The Rosen properties are the preeminent conference spaces in Orlando, and the rooms at the Plaza have been recently renovated.
We have secured discounted hotel rooms. For Reservations call (407) 996-9700 and use promo code (Discount code coming soon). This is a luxury resort and rooms at this hotel are typically $250-$350 per night. We have a block of 90 rooms at the $169.00 rate.
Book online to make it easy! All lodging expenses are the responsibility of attendee and are not included in conference registration/tuition fees. No meals are included in your registration, nor is travel, or any other related expense.
Cancellation Policy:
This event is a live in-person event. If you cancel 91 days in advance or more, you will be issued a refund less a $100 administrative fee. You may apply this fee towards any other subliminalscience.com or HPTI course or tuition for online courses, products, or future live events. If you cancel your registration 90 days or less from the date of the event, you will not get a refund of any money, but what you have paid can be applied as a credit to any future live event or online course. You may also transfer or sell your registration to another participant but please inform us of the name change.
COVID-19 POLICY: Because the entire live event will be recorded in high quality audio and video, anyone unable to attend in-person will have full access to all event video after the event is over. If for some reason you are unable to attend, these high quality recordings will still be provided to you. These recordings are not sold to others, or made available to anyone who is not pre-registered for the event.
At the live event we will comply with all social distancing, cleaning, and other state imposed restrictions at the time of the event. Everyone has their own ability to assess risk tolerance, vaccine options, and personal health needs. Covid is an ever changing risk, but one we believe can be minimized with the right protocols and personal efforts to protect ourselves. It is very unlikely that the State of Florida would not permit the event to take place. In the rare event that is the case, you would have the option of a refund or to roll over you registration to a following year. We have already contracted with the same venue for the first week of March in 2023.
VIDEO OF THE EVENT WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE OF ALL SPEAKERS
Those who preregister will get full access to ALL video presentations at this convention after the event is complete. Video is ONLY available to those who pre-register, and we encourage you to attend the event live in Orlando. Sometimes technical reasons prevent us from recording all presentations. We do not guarantee each and every presentation will be made available after the event, but we try at usually hit about 95%.
There is no cost to access the video if you have pre-registered.
The video is NEVER available for sale after the event.
